Curry leaf pepper flavoured roasted peanuts

Ingredients
2 cups Dry Peanuts.
1 tbsp ground pepper or semi crushed fresh.
1 tsp oil.(Optional)
2 Tbsp curry leaves.
1 dash of hing.
1 tsp salt.
Directions
- In a flat pan dry roast the groundnut in low heat tossing it continuoulsy till it turns a shade darker all over.
- Let it cool.
- In the meantime wash and pat dry the curry leaves. Place it on a microwave safe plate and microwave checking at 30 seconnd intervels till the water evaporates and the curry leaves turn crispy.
- Mix the crispy curry leaves, pepper and salt to the roasted cooled peanuts and serve.

Variations
1. By adding chilly flakes instead of pepper
- A dash of garlic powder and cumin powder will enhance the taste.
