Roasted Grapes in Balsamic

on

Here is a easy appetiser which is sweet salty savoury in every bite.

I have used Flame and Globe seedless grapes in the recipe giving very good results. Using seedless grapes is a must.  The grapes become tender and more juicy due to baking. The salt and spice added to it and cooked in a  Balsamic Vinegar makes  it a gourmet food complexity in taste and flavour. Served this a slice of Baguette with some Ricotta cheese or cream cheese and topped with Almonds.

Can you taste it already. Lets get to making it. If you don’t have an oven you could do this on a flat pan too, but in very low heat and probably would be done in 7 minutes or less.
